What channel is the NASCAR race on today?

Today's race, the channel it's on, and what time it starts. NASCAR moved between five different broadcasters in 2026 — FOX, Prime Video, TNT, NBC and USA Network — so the answer genuinely changes week to week.

The rest of the 2026 season is on USA Network and NBC. YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, DirecTV Stream and Sling Blue carry both. Fubo has NBC but no longer has USA Network.

Read off the season's own race-by-race listings. NASCAR is the most split-up broadcast package in American sport right now — four rights holders across one season, plus a streaming simulcast.

One thing that trips people up: Fubo dropped USA Network when the channel moved to Versant at the start of 2026, and the NBCUniversal deal in June didn't bring it back. Most of the remaining races are on USA Network, so Fubo isn't the right pick for the run-in.

NASCAR TV questions

What channel is the NASCAR race on today?

It changes through the season. The 2026 Cup Series is split four ways: FOX and FS1 from February to mid-May, Prime Video from late May to late June, TNT through July, and NBC and USA Network from August to the championship in November. Every race also streams on HBO Max. The list at the top of this page shows today's race and the channel it is actually on.

What channel are the NASCAR playoffs on?

The 2026 playoffs run on NBC and USA Network. Most playoff races are on USA Network, with NBC taking the Daytona regular-season finale, Talladega, Martinsville and the championship race at Miami. All of them also stream on HBO Max.

How do I watch NASCAR without cable?

For the rest of the 2026 season you need USA Network and NBC. YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, DirecTV Stream and Sling Blue all carry both. Fubo carries NBC but not USA Network, which it lost when the channel moved to Versant at the start of 2026, so Fubo covers only some of the remaining races. HBO Max streams every race as a separate subscription.

Is NASCAR on HBO Max?

Yes. HBO Max simulcasts nearly every Cup Series race in 2026, including all of the NBC and USA Network playoff races, and carries in-car camera coverage exclusively. It is a separate subscription from any live TV service.

What channel is the NASCAR Xfinity Series on?

Every 2026 Xfinity Series race is on The CW. The CW is a free over-the-air broadcast network, so an antenna covers it, and live TV services carry your local CW affiliate. The Truck Series is on FS1.
