The Group of 5 — the conferences nobody maps
Counted from the full 2026 season as of 2026-08-21. "Covered" is the share of games with a listed broadcast that one Fubo plan reaches, including ESPN Unlimited.
| Conference | Teams | Most common networks | Covered |
|---|---|---|---|
| American Athletic Conference | 14 | ESPN+, CBSSN, ESPN2 | 94% |
| Conference USA | 10 | ESPN+, CBSSN, ESPN2 | 95% |
| MAC | 13 | ESPN+, BTN, FS1 | 92% |

Why these games are hard to find
Search for a Power 4 matchup and every result agrees. Search for a Tuesday night MAC game and you get nothing useful — because it isn't on a channel. Across the Group of 5, ESPN's direct-to-consumer service is the largest single broadcaster, and streaming-only games don't show up in the places people look for channel numbers.
Fubo's Sports + News, Pro and Elite plans all include ESPN Unlimited, so those streaming games and the linear ones (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNews, CBS Sports Network, ACC Network) come from one subscription. The honest exception is MW+ (Mountain West's own streaming service) — a separate purchase we won't pretend is included.

FCS — the tier that's hardest to find
Below the Group of 5 sits the Football Championship Subdivision: 128 Division I schools across 14 conferences, where most games never touch a cable channel at all. We list every FCS team's full schedule with the network for each game.

College Football on TV — FAQ
Can I watch college football without cable?
Yes. Fubo carries ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPNews, CBS Sports Network, ACC Network, SEC Network and Big Ten Network, and its plans include ESPN Unlimited, which covers the ESPN streaming games that most Group of 5 schedules rely on. Local ABC/CBS/FOX availability depends on your ZIP.
Why are Group of 5 games so hard to find?
Because most of them aren't on a channel. Across the MAC, Sun Belt, Conference USA and the American, ESPN's direct-to-consumer service is the single largest broadcaster — those games never appear in a cable channel guide, which is why searching for them turns up nothing.
Is Big Ten Network on Fubo?
Yes. Fubo carries Big Ten Network, verified against Fubo's own channel page on 2026-08-16.
