Welcome to FindMySports. By downloading, accessing, or using the FindMySports mobile application or the website at find-my-sports.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

FindMySports is a sports discovery app that helps users find where to watch live games based on their TV subscriptions and streaming services. The Service aggregates publicly available game schedules, broadcast information, and provider lineups to surface relevant viewing options.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FindMySports. Certain third-party services linked from the app (such as sportsbooks) may require you to be 18 or 21 depending on your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any linked service complies with local laws.

3. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the FindMySports app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the app; rent, lease, or sublicense the app; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

4. Third-Party Content and Accuracy

Game schedules, scores, status updates, team data, and network broadcast listings are sourced from publicly available feeds (including ESPN) and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Provider and network availability is approximated and may not reflect real-time broadcast windows, regional blackouts, or lineup changes. Always confirm with your service provider before relying on this information.

Team logos, team names, league names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for informational purposes only. FindMySports is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional sports league, team, network, or streaming service.

5. Affiliate Disclosure

FindMySports participates in affiliate programs with streaming services, cable providers, and sportsbooks. This means we may earn a commission when you sign up for a service through links in our app or on our website, at no additional cost to you. These affiliate relationships do not influence which providers we display or how we rank them — our goal is always to show you the best option for watching your games.

6. Sportsbook and Gambling Links

FindMySports displays odds information and may link to licensed sportsbooks for entertainment and informational purposes. If you gamble:

• You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (typically 21+)
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal
• You are solely responsible for complying with local laws

7. Scout AI

Scout AI is an experimental feature that uses a large language model to answer questions about games and schedules. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely on Scout AI for betting decisions or other consequential choices. We make no warranty about the accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the app or our servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Misuse the Scout AI feature to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content

9. Intellectual Property

The FindMySports name, logo, branding, and original app content are the property of FindMySports and its licensors. All rights are reserved. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the information displayed will be accurate or complete.

Streaming provider availability, blackout rules, regional restrictions, and broadcast schedules change frequently. Always verify with your provider before making viewing or purchasing decisions based on app content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FindMySports, its operators, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed games, incorrect provider information, lost profits, or data loss.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindMySports from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, announcing the change in the app or website. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which FindMySports is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
